How long will delivery take?
Delivery time can vary due to the personalisation of your mat. We always advise customers that orders can take up to 5 days, but most orders are delivered to the customer within 48 hours.
Can I cancel my order before it has been delivered?
Yes you can cancel your order providing you have ordered standard or luxury mats in basic Black, Grey, or beige. This will be at no cost to you providing the mats have not already been sent out from our premises. If you have ordered a special colour or edging you can cancel but there will be a 20% cancellation charge as these were personalised for you.
Can I cancel my order now I have the mats?
Orders can be cancelled for any reason but do take these factors into consideration. If the item has already been posted to you the refund will be minus our postage and at a return postage cost to yourself. Items can only be returned for credit within 7 days of receipt of the item.
I have changed car and need to change my order?
This will not be a problem if the mats you ordered have not been sent for cutting. We are more than willing to do all we can to help our customers as much as possible. If you have taken delivery of the mats you will have to retun them to us as new with payment for £5.99 to repost the new set. If we havent posted the item you can change at no extra cost.
My mats have been delivered but don’t fit, what do I do now?
The first thing to do is call us on 01623 555247 and tell us the problem you have. Please be as descriptive as you can and any photos will be a massive help to overcoming the problem. Every company will have some sort of fitting problem from time to time because the dealers move the clips on some cars from year to year. That’s why all our problems go to our highly trained staff so you know you’re being looked after. We are a firm believer if it’s our fault we will put it right at no expense to you. We will do our best to deal with your problem as fast as possible. If you have ordered the incorrect mats you must pay the return and resend postage costs.
My mats are faulty and I don’t want them can I have all my money back?
If your mats are faulty we will replace them at a cost to ourselves (up to a maximum of £5.99 per set). We would ask you return them to us and we will reimburse your shipping costs once the problem is resolved and you are happy. Please be sure to include as many details as possible so we can efficiently deal with the problem and always send the item recorded delivery second class. All other methods above £5.99 will not be refunded.
What is the quality of the mats like?
Our standard mats are the ones we supply to leasing companies who like a cheap car mat that will last as long as possible. The standard range is made from a hard wearing 550g looped pile with a course anti slip backing. The luxury range is made from a straight cut 900g pile with a rubber backing. Our luxury range is usually better carpet than most car dealer’s offer. As for clips, most come with genuine main dealer clips (stamped on the rear of the clips). And others come with our own fixing, we will state this on every advert so you can see exactly what you are getting.
I don’t like the colour of my mats, can I return them?
We try to be as descriptive as possible with the colours we offer. There is a large image of the colours on offer on every advert. If you do want to change colour after you have taken delivery this can be done but there will be a reposting charge of £5.99 and you will have to pay return shipping costs. We are not responsible for mats returned and lost in the post.
I want more than 1 set will I get a postage discount?
YES.... We simply charge a fixed shipping price for 1 or 1000 sets, the postage stays at £5.99.
Where do you post to?
We only post to the UK at present and all of our deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. We will be looking at going international towards the end of the year. We do post to northern island and offshore isles with a small surcharge. This surcharge can not be avoided but I am sure you will agree the postage price we charge is one of the cheapest on the internet for this weight of item.
Your picture has different clips to my car?
If you do see a set of mats on our website with what you believe to be wrong clips in please email us or drop a comment in at the bottom of the advert so we can look into it. The only way we can make the site better is with your help that’s why we listen what the customer wants.
What about wear and tear of the mats?
Unfortunatley we can not guarantee the mats for more than 14 days. This is simply because we can not see the footwear being used by the driver. All drivers are individual and drive in different ways. We have had customers with our mats still in there cars from years ago, and other have to replace them sooner.
Postage refund
if for any reason you need to return any items back to us and we have accepted we are liable for postage cost we will only pay to a maximum of £5.99. The best way to return an item would be second class recorded delivery. You must always make sure you get a signature for the item you are returning.
